The arctic team came out when my condenser fan unit failed immediately within 30 minutes of calling them after hours in a Friday. The father and son duo replaced the part within an hour and got my system back up and running. highly recommend them

Nick and his associate were friendly, prompt, and Professional. They replaced and installed both my AC and Heating System. They were very careful and thorough in completing the project. Nick found out that the controller circuit board was not working properly and ordered a new board right away. Great job Nick! Thank You!

Great work. He had a friendly crew who took pride in their work. Our job was a difficult one on an old home with odd sized single pane windows replaced with double pane. Thanks!!!

So far, so good. They are removing both of the old units and replacing everything, including the ductwork, for a reasonable price. Very polite and professional staff.
